Kangen Opinion by Stephen Cabral vs My Honest Experience

This blog post will be a bit different from my usual content. Today, I want to address this post to Stephen Cabral’s podcast review. In his Spotify content he talked about health and wellness, and let me tell you — it’s all wonderful stuff that I completely agree with. With one small exception — his recent review of Kangen Water. So this blog is my response to his review.

I want to begin by saying that I really enjoy your content, and I have a lot of respect for what you do. It’s great that you are able to reach and help so many people with your knowledge of healthy living. But, there is one thing that I disagree with — your recent review of Kangen Water.

And while it’s not like you said something bad about the Kangen or Enagic, I feel like you treated the whole situation unfairly. Yes, I do agree that their products are expensive, but they’re every bit as effective as they claim. And this isn’t just my opinion here — this is my experience.

The dismissive way you talk about Kangen Water is quite frustrating for me because I’ve been using their system for a little over a year now, and I’ve experienced great results. Today, I’d like to share my experience with you:

As I mentioned, I’ve used Kangen Water for a year, and I also personally know a couple of people who have been drinking it for over seven years. And do you know what? I actually regret that I didn’t have the chance to try it out earlier. I wish I knew about it years ago. That way, I would’ve gotten over my health problems sooner, and I would’ve been able to start spreading the word back then.

I have always found the idea of “making a difference” and “helping people overcome their problems” very inspirational. I’ve always enjoyed helping others, and now that I know something which can actually make a difference, something that can change thousands of lives for the better, I have made it my mission to help people learn about it.

And, again — I’m not here to “market” the product. I did do a fair bit of research on water filters, the differences between normal and ionised water and the various brands on the market. But I started recommending this to people only after I tried it out for myself and I saw results. As a side note, I also went through that same process that you mentioned:

Once I got the machine, I was obviously very passionate about drinking the water. But, if I hadn’t seen these positive results, I would’ve given up. Instead, what happened exceeded my wildest expectations. My life changed for the better, my skin problems went away, I sleep better, and I wake up full of energy. And no, I wasn’t drinking unfiltered tap water before Kangen — I tried out many other “cheaper” and “more accessible” brands before I even learned about Enagic.

Seeing these results inspired me to continue with the positive changes. I started trying to improve all aspects of my life — I got rid of the plastics, toxins and chemicals in my home, I cook and eat healthy meals, I get my fair share of exercise and so on.

Naturally, this helped me feel (and look) even healthier. So, I thought to myself — this is precisely what I want to do!

I want to help people feel and look better. I want to help them overcome their problems and clean up their lives.

So, going back to the bits of your comment that I disagree with:

  • Enagic doesn’t sell “water filters”. They sell ionisers. Their devices can give you much more than just alkaline water. Because, as you said, you can make alkaline water by yourself much cheaper. You could also achieve the alkaline effect by adding soda to your water. But this isn’t something that people want to drink for prolonged periods of time, because it can end up doing more harm than good.
  • You recommend lemon water as an alternative. And, don’t get me wrong here, I love lemon water, and I do drink it, but it can’t really give you all of the antioxidants that Kangen Water provides.
  • The water isn’t simply “alkaline”. It’s “alkalised water”. The electrolysis process enriches the water with antioxidants and minerals in micro-clustered water molecules. The micro-clustering plays a significant role here. It makes the water much, much easier to absorb by your body, and it makes it much more effective. No other liquid (as far as I know, at least) can flush toxins as efficiently as Kangen Water can. I would personally recommend that you listen though Dr Robert Wright’s opinion on this because he explains it much better than me.
  • There are hundreds of doctors out there who recommend Kangen Water, and it’s also recognised as a medical device. Please tell me which simple filtration system can give me the same water cheaper, because, honestly, I’d really like to see one.
  • Enagic’s devices can produce many different types of water, with varying levels of alkalinity. The other varieties are used for washing veggies (I haven’t seen other systems that produce water which removes oils and pesticides as effectively), cooking, cleaning and more. Tap water can’t remove pesticides. Tap water with added soda can’t remove pesticides can’t do it nearly as effectively either. Adding soda to the water just increases its alkalinity. The Enagic devices can give you 9.5 and 11.5 — both great for washing veggies.

In case you haven’t had the time to do so, please take a couple of minutes and go through some of the demonstrations of Kangen Water. There are so many people who look up to you and trust you. And, even though you have all those disclaimers about all of this being “just your opinion”, we both know that they will simply take what you say and follow your advice. And that’s not a bad thing, since I can see that you are doing everything in good faith and that you want to help people. But, on this subject, you are giving people the wrong impression.

For me, personally, Kangen Water made a huge impact, and it helped me change my life for the better. It also helped me get rid of the eczema that plagued me for over thirty years. Thirty years, I had to put up with the discomfort and shame of this, but Kangen Water managed to help me deal with it in just a couple of weeks!

It also helped my daughter deal with her acne very quickly as well.

I had tried so many things before, and nothing worked. Creams, therapies, medicine. Nothing. Then, I got a Kangen machine and … that was it. No more eczema.

In your calculation, you assume that people would spend $5 per day on vitamins and supplements. And that does sound very accessible to people from all walks of life. But, if you take into account the fact that Kangen devices can last you pretty much for the rest of your life, it doesn’t seem all that expensive anymore.

So, if we look at Kangen’s history in the US, they’ve been there for 25 years. How many vitamins, minerals and supplements would I need to purchase for these 25 years to “make up” for the lack of my device (and, again, I don’t agree that you can get all of the exact same benefits in other means)? Would it really be cheaper, even if it costs me just $5 per day?

If you ask me, this is a device that everyone can benefit from. I believe that everyone out there can benefit from Enagic’s fantastic technology, and, while I do wish it was more accessible for people, the price doesn’t make this any less valid.

Most people today live in polluted, high-stress environments. They also don’t exactly “eat clean” either. All of this builds up a ton of toxicity and damages their cells. Naturally, this leads to illness.

Did you know that, when it comes to antioxidation, 1.5 litres of Kangen Water are roughly equal to:

What’s more comfortable to consume in your opinion? 1,5litres of water (which, as adults, they should already be drinking every day anyway) or 30 cups of tea?

Again, I’m not trying to demean your work, I really respect what you are trying to do with your content. I just think that you aren’t doing Kangen Water justice.

This is a medical device. It has earned multiple awards, and it’s been recognised by so many doctors. If you decide to publish more content about this company in the future, please look into it a bit more. I genuinely believe that it can help your audience and the wellness community in general.

Recently, I also saw another review of Kangen Water, by a lady who didn’t really have prior experience with the company or their product. However, she was a lot harsher and more negative towards the entire concept. Seeing this type of behaviour saddens me greatly, because Enagic can offer so many health and wellness benefits and the company doesn’t really deserve this type of treatment.

With this in mind, I would like to invite Stephen Cabral to sit down and have a chat over Zoom with me and one of the new members of my team ( Flavia Catsro- she is a health coach and a big fan of your podcast as well!).

We would be more than happy to go over the details about Enagic and demonstrate some of the benefits of their product ourselves.

So please, get in touch with me and we can talk about Kangen and I am sure I can change your view.
